Why Upgrade

Level Up and Gain Additional Accreditation with Level 4 Specialist

This Level 4 Nutrition course provides the knowledge and skills to support a wide range of clients, including pre- and postnatal clients, sportspeople, vegans, and older adults. Based on the latest academic research, it enables you to deliver evidence-based dietary advice that supports real, measurable health outcomes.

The specialist Nutrition package includes a Gut Microbiome and Health course that introduces the role of the gut microbiome in digestion, immunity, and mental well-being. You’ll explore how diet and lifestyle influence gut health, the links to conditions such as CVD and diabetes, and the use of probiotics, prebiotics, and dietary strategies to support long-term health.

The award is certified by the AfN and approved by the RSPH at Level 4. Upon completion, you will be entitled to activate your 40% discount on a one-year RSPH Membership.
